WASHINGTON PLANNING/ZONING MEETING APRIL 7, 2026 In attendance: J. Peterson, Joe Bressette, Ryan Bressette, Kara Williams

Meeting called to order at 6:50 pm, 1st Kara, 2nd Joe.

MINUTES: · No minutes available, will present at next meeting.

OATHS: · Joe swore in Ryan Bressette and Kara Wiliams.

OLD/NEW BUSINESS · Planning will contact Regional Planning to inquire about new Town Plan needs. · Kara asked about Act 181. Kara will check in with Selectboard for their thoughts and will delve into the specifics of the Act. · Joe mentioned Permit fees have been the same for many years. Kara will contact abutting towns to see what their fees are currently to see if we should raise them.

PUBLIC COMMENT: · No Public comment. ZONING: · Did not open Zoning, will discuss at next meeting.
