This email serves as a reminder that the Public Hearing for the CWSRF and DWSRF draft IUPs is this Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 12:30 PM, in Montpelier at the Davis Building of the National Life Campus in the Catamount Conference Room.

The Water Investment Division is distributing the following documents for public review and comment:



  • The Draft CWSRF Intended Use Plan (IUP) and Project Priority list (PPL), FFY2026 CWSRF IUP, details the manner in which the program intends to utilize the CWSRF fund, Pollution Control Grant fund, and Sewer Overflow Grant (OSG) fund. The PPL contains a list of municipalities and private entities that have submitted priority list applications for potential funding in the upcoming year.

  • The Draft DWSRF IUP and PPL, FFY2026 DWSRF IUP, details the manner in which the program intends to utilize the DWSRF fund. The PPLs contains a list of public water systems that have submitted priority list applications for potential funding in the upcoming year.

Public comments on these documents will be accepted until Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
