About November Voting
Be sure your mailing address is correct on the Secretary of State’s voter website as that office will automatically mail out the November ballots by October 1, 2026, to your mailing address on file.
If your mailing address is incorrect, the post office may not be required to forward your ballot.
The outside ballot box at the town hall will be opened as of the evening of September 14, 2026 for depositing voted ballots, and will be closed as of 8 a.m. on November 3, 2026. (because the office will be open)
You may bring your voted ballot into the office anytime by close of election day voting.
Polls open at the town hall on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. if you want to vote in person USING THE BALLOT YOU WERE MAILED, or if you want to drop off your voted ballot.
We will not be given a substantial number of extra ballots so it is important that you bring the one you are mailed…it will be exactly like the ones in the office. If you do not bring your ballot with you, you WILL have to, by statute, sign an affidavit stating that you did or did not already receive one and have not already voted.
